Axis Building Envelope provides investigative services which include leak inspection, condition assessment, due diligence, forensics, and other assessments. Our team investigates, evaluates, and develops construction protocols for the rebuild or renovation of projects.

Axis Building Envelope is called in to identify leak sources and determine the causes of leaks.  We help develop strategies for both immediate leak repairs and long-term correction measures. 

We perform comprehensive onsite investigations and surveys by reviewing all available construction documents and maintenance records.

We work side by side with sister company Axis Construction Consulting, a renowned construction defect expert firm to provide forensic expertise on roofing, waterproofing, building envelope systems, and structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
